The role
The right candidates role will involve:
• Establish and update schedules and plans according to project and contract requirements.
• Monitor, control, report and forecast engineering, procurement/subcontracts, construction and installation activities.
• Actively participate in planning and prioritizing of project work and execution at all stages.
• Give detailed plans for special areas of the project.
• Close follow up with and produce input to monthly reports to clients.
• Team management.
• Report, coordinate and follow-up offshore schedules in co-operation with Operations Planner and the project team.
• Forecast labor requirements for projects.
• Contribute to development, implementation and maintenance of project planning and control procedures.
The person
The right candidate for this position should:
- Have higher education (Bachelor/Master or similar) in engineering or business administration.
- Have relevant engineering or project planning experience.
- Have good leadership skills.
- Have excellent communication skills (fluent in English written/verbal).
- Have excellent report writing skills.
- Have good general knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Preferably posses knowledge of Primavera 6 (software).
