The role
Our client, a rapidly expanding international ship owner is recruiting for Accountants to be based in their representative offices in Africa. Positions are available in Ghana, Dakar and Angola.
• Accounting for shipping agency, container & cargo terminal, haulage and forwarding operations;
• Prepare financial and management reports for HQ in Hong Kong;
• Disbursement accounting;
• Intercompany accounts;
• Prepare annual budget.
The person
• Qualified Accountant;
• 4 to 5 years relevant experience in shipping / cargo company;
• Fluent in English;
• Fluent in either French or Portuguese – ESSENTIAL;
• Willing to be stationed in Africa for 3 years.
