The role
A super opportunity for a commercial operator who wants to take the next step up. You will have plenty of opportunities to make a mark in the organization. With the heavy expansion the next 2 years there will be plenty to do. You will be expected to have a good overview and also to be able to work with several tasks at the same time. Furthermore the role will be suitable for a person who likes to solve problems when they arise and find the right solutions.
The person
Ideally you will have some background from operations from the large vessels dry cargo segment. You like busy days and work well under stress and generally enjoy working in a team, yet be self-motivated and a self-starter. You must be able to and like to deal with people and already have a good contact net within the industry. You should be confident when dealing with international clients and also with local German companies. German will be essential for this position.
